6. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of booking, via a secure system (Stripe).
7. Cancellation conditions
Cancellations initiated by the client
All cancellations must be notified in writing (email or letter) as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply depending on the date the request is received:
More than 30 days before departure: full refund, with a €30 deduction for administration and booking fees.
Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid at the time of booking by the client.
Less than 15 days before departure: no refund will be issued.
In the event of force majeure or serious medical reasons (supported by a certificate), an alternative solution may be offered: a credit note valid for 12 months or a postponement to another date, subject to availability.
We strongly encourage you to take out cancellation and trip interruption insurance, which is often included in credit card contracts or offered by specialized insurers.
Cancellation at the organizer’s initiative (Toni Mancini)
The guide reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip in the event of:
adverse weather or snow conditions,
insufficient number of participants,
medical reasons or personal impediment of the guide,
or any other force majeure compromising the safety of the group.
In this case, several options are available:
postponement to a later date,
credit note valid for 12 months,
or full refund of amounts paid.
No other compensation (transportation, accommodation, etc.) may be requested.
8. Assignment of the contract by the customer
In accordance with Article R211-7 of the French Tourism Code, customers may transfer their reservation to another person, provided they notify the service provider at least 7 days before departure and that the replacement meets the required conditions for the outing (physical ability, equipment, etc.).
The transfer may incur an administrative processing fee (maximum €20). If a replacement is not available, the usual cancellation conditions apply.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the services offered (fixed-date mountain activities) are not subject to the right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling. All reservations are therefore firm and definitive, subject to the cancellation conditions provided.
10. Obligations of the participant
The participant agrees to:
- Have the required technical and physical fitness level.
- Have the necessary equipment in good working order.
- Comply with the safety instructions provided by the instructor.
Personal liability insurance is mandatory. Specific “ski/mountain” insurance is strongly recommended.
Impact Multisports offers several attractive repatriation/cancellation/interruption insurance packages.
11. Liability
Supervised trips are organized as part of a mountain activity led by a qualified professional with professional liability insurance. However, ski touring in a natural environment involves objective risks (weather conditions, terrain, avalanches, etc.) that even rigorous preparation and constant vigilance cannot completely eliminate.
By registering, each participant acknowledges being aware of these risks and agrees to assume them knowingly. They agree to follow the instructor’s instructions and to behave responsibly in all circumstances. Instructor Toni reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior endangers their safety or that of the group.
Toni cannot be held liable in the event of an accident due to personal carelessness, failure to follow instructions, or external conditions beyond their control.
12. Personal data
Data collected during reservations or via the contact form is processed in compliance with the GDPR.
It is never resold and is used solely for tour management and customer communication.
13. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
All complaints must be sent in writing to the following address: [your postal or email address].
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may contact an approved consumer mediator free of charge.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the sole proprietor’s registered office.
